If you purchase one of the creations from the website, I aim to create and dispatch this to you within two weeks of you placing your order. Nativities and tree toppers have a non specific time frame but each order is given a number to help you to track the timescale of your order. With a specific commission, I will send you photographs of the finished produced to ensure you are happy before I send it out to you. I want to you enjoy the product you have purchased, so if you are not fully satisfied when the product reaches you, please do contact me so that we can arrange for the problem to be rectified, through either a refund or a replacement. Should a refund be issued, this will generally be through the same route as payment was made.
I will contact you to tell you when the product has been dispatched and then I will contact you 3 – 4 days after dispatch to ensure you have received the parcel and that you are satisfied with the product.
